A video of Brad Holmes pretending to propose to his partner Jenny Davies went viral on Valentine’s Day but the scheming woman has finally got her own back – in a big way
A woman got the ultimate revenge on her boyfriend for his pretend marriage proposal – by tricking him into believing she is pregnant .
Jenny Davies, 22 got her own back on partner Brad Holmes, 24, after he posted a video that went viral on Facebook showing him going down on one knee as if to propose, only to ask her at the last second to make him a cup of tea.
The scorned woman stormed out in a strop after that video, but got her revenge this week as she gave the prankster a taste of his own medicine – presenting him with a false positive pregnancy test.
Brad refused to believe her at first but was eventually persuaded that he was going to be a dad, giving her a happy kiss on the lips.
Brad, who shares prank videos under the name Brad’s Dad on Facebook and often plays tricks on his father Stephen Holmes, is lying in bed looking at his phone when Jen tells him they need to talk.
But her partner of six months is feeling sleepy and is not in the mood for a chat, so eventually she was to blurt out the news: ‘Babe, I’m pregnant.’
He refuses repeatedly to believe the news but his girlfriend insists she is “deadly serious”, telling him she is a “week late” – adding that she was “shaking” when she took the test.
To prove her story she jumps off the bed and presents her beau with the fake pregnancy test which shows a positive result.
Despite coming up with reasons she can’t be pregnant including questioning whether the test is out of date, he then concedes he is going to be a dad and delightedly finds his phone to share his good news with his dad.
Only when he is calling does she tell him she’s joking and points out the camera at the bottom of the bed recording the entire saga.
He angrily responds by kicking the phone and calling her a ‘d***.’
In the previous video, Brad tricked Jenny into thinking he was going to propose to her on Valentine’s Day.
He says: “Basically… right… I’m a bit nervous.
“Give me your hand.
“You know you make me the happiest man in the world.
“I’m shaking… but… I love you to bits, you know that, right?
“I want you to make me the happiest man in the world.
“I have got a question to ask you.”
His girlfriend thinks she knows what is coming, and says: “Oh my God.”
And then he finally asks the big question.
“Will you make me a cup of tea?”
She storms off, screaming: “Are you f****** joking.
“You horrible little ****.”
